The Villa

In keeping with the tranquillity of this beautiful island, we offer our outstanding villa which overlooks a beautiful lagoon and is only footsteps to the ocean and its ten mile long beach. This is a desirable Mariners Watch Villa located on the first-floor. It is a one bedroom villa with a fully-equipped kitchen. The main hallway takes you through to the living room which has a wonderful view of the lagoon. Enjoy sitting out on the screened-in porch. We are approximately 150 yards to the ocean and 100 yards to Night Heron Park.

Season (May thru Aug.)
$1000/week plus 11.5% tax

Swing Season (Sep. thru Oct., Apr.)
$850/week plus 11.5% tax

Off Season (Nov. thru Mar.)
$650/week plus 11.5% tax

Rates are weekly from Saturday to Saturday and include cleaning fee.
